Kevin has grown up and lived most of his life on the rugged coast of Donegal in the northwest corner of Ireland, The wild and varied landscape and weather has been a steady inspiration for the artist. Working mostly on seascape, these paintings are atmospheric, inspirational and evoke the mystic wildness of Donegal and Ireland.
Kevin is a well respected and established artist. He has taught art classes in community groups and in secondary schools, and has sold his paintings throughout Ireland and the UK. Kevin has had numerous art exhibitions in Ireland.
Kevin Gallagher is also a professional actor and has appeared in many productions in theatres throughout Ireland.
